Responsibilities:

End-to-end program and delivery management.

Responsible for Delivery management and incremental growth of FXO Program / Portfolio.

Service excellence - Ensure quality compliance at all levels.

Business planning, development and incremental growth.

Focus on innovation and Value Adds. Inculcate innovation culture - Ensure appropriate management of FXO P&L to ensure profitable operations.

Develop and maintain Client relationships at Managers and MDs.

Ensure client delight - Ensure program/project managers meet established schedules.

Help resolve technical and operational issues, and accomplishes delivery goals towards contract commitments.

People care, including training, performance oversight, performance feedback, assessments, performance improvement planning & oversight.
